YOUTH DAY

Oh so happy youth day to everyone out there. Whether you're a teen or senior citizen, you know you're still young at heart!

I took a look of effort to wake up this morning cause I slept too late last night; thanks to homework. The school organised a concert for the students and yes, and some parts, they were really hilarious. Had to get chairs for the teachers but I tried not to go the short way cause if I did, I would block the AV people who were recording the concert and it wouldn't be nice, right? So I had to go to the ground floor, go to the other side of the hall, climb up, go back downstairs and come back up and put the chairs in place.

I thought the last performance was the best cause Ms Vicky was in it. Hahaha. I miss English lessons from Ms Vicky.

Went out with Keziah, Mandy and Zoey after school. We took a bus and ended up at Far East Plaza. We did not want to go to far east plaza! We walked and walked for very long with a cup of disgusting bubble tea in our hands. We wanted to go to Heeren for lunch but it seemed so far away from Far East Plaza. Hence, we reached Paragon and decided that we needed air-con and FOOOOD. We ate at the soup spoon.

We had Sakae at Heeren! I finished my Math homework there, and I felt so accomplished for that. Bought a little Elmo(it was the last piece, whoohoo!) from Action City and Corinne Bailey Rae's album. (It's good)

We all left at around 5+, ate ice cream from DQ and trained home.

but stupid mousepad thing on my tablet spoiled my evening.

Anyway, school was really fun. We played traditional games such as five stones, pick-up sticks etcetc.

Leadership workshop after school was enriching and entertaining. I love the coach! (bad mooding thanks to tablet so I'm not elaborating) Walked to redhill all alone with so many things in my hands. That uncludes my drawing blocks, water bottle and a balloon.

Trained home with Cynthia and Artrillian whom I met at Redhill after the leadership workshop which ended at 5.40.

Now I'm damn pissed off with my tablet mousepad thingy. I don't really like fujitsu. I prefer sony cause my dad's sony's good and my fujitsu is like making me angry all the time. If it doesn't obey and isn't nice to me tomorrow, I will send it for repair cause without it, I'll have to plug in a mouse which is so troublesome and annoying cause the school table is so small and I won't have enough space.

Grr, I feel like slamming the tablet on the ground right at this moment. It's making my blood boil. Now that I am so angry, I shall go to bed.

Vivocity's like the best place to shop for clothes lah. That's cause there are so many choices and River Island& Forever 21!

I don't know why, but I am panicking now after realising that GSS ends this friday. The way I'm panicking is like all the shops are going to be closed after GSS.

Wild Wild Wet!

Wild Wild Wet is possibly the best thing in Singapore!

Today was great, I swear. It was totally worth giving up a 50 inch Plasma television set for. (Daddy tried to stop me from going cause he was worried by tempting me with a 50 inch plasma tv)

I was really, really late today when I met Isabelle and Galen for lunch. So sorrrrry. I had cheeseburger for lunch at macs. Galen bought the whole extra value meal please. Like, wth? That's like double of what I ate? He's really fat.

Trained to Pasir Ris straight after macs. Haha, Ashley had to wait for us there. Sorry, again. :/ Took a bus to Wild Wild Wet.

Woohoo! The ride, Slide Up, was a blast. It was indeed, really bloodcurdling. I could feel myself flying off the float. And as Isabelle mentioned, her "life flashed before her eyes". It applied to me too. To think Galen was laughing at me the whole time I was in fear that I would die anytime, then.

But that was the best ride, serious. It gives me a sense of satisfaction to do something I am afraid of. Cause that's like taking a step over a really high barrier kind of thing. Haha, yeah.

I took every ride besides the slow tortoise, sky rider. Cause it was too slow. -.-

Had Laksa at the cafe in Wild Wild Wet. It's 3 bucks. Grr. But it tasted fine, yeah.

Trained home with all of them after it ended. The train ride was more than an hour I suppose. I reached home at 7.30 or something. Dead beat right now.

p/s I really need a rubiks cube. NOW. the 2x2 and 3x3.

Happy Fathers' Day!

My Daddy is the best. Well, that's when he doesn't get angry, get hungry, get into his farting mood.

Since young, Daddy was always the one who punished me if I did something wrong. But he's also always the one who gets me what I want. For example the gameboy(the old color one and the sp) and my Sony T10, one fine day he just brought it home for me.

He's the one who makes me laugh. No, he isn't the one who cheers me up when I'm unhappy but his jokes are funny. At least, funny enough to make me laugh. He used to tell me a joke a day when he sent me to school daily, during primary 2. (he still sends me to school every day, but without a joke because my sense of humor has dropped, a lot)

He'd wake up to buy me breakfast early in the morning when I demanded and would buy lunch home for me/would cook for me when I am hungry. I'm such a kid, I know.

Anyway, Daddy, I love you, I really do. You're the man whom I love most, forever and ever.

(I think Mommy's going to get jealous when she sees this because I didn't dedicate a post to her for Mothers' Day. :/ )

Celebrations for Fathers' day was spent at Orchard Hotel. Yummy food for happy dads(and their wives and children).

p/s Despite the fact that it was fathers' day, Daddy was so nice that he still went out to buy lunch and my favourite bubble tea. :D

The mini gallery in my blog is up! I think I'm such a genius. Blogger sucks because it doesn't support javascripts. So, I had to i-frame it. Ugh. Anyway, I got it up and running, so who cares.

Mug mug play play play

I think the photo on the left is cool, anyway. Went to the twins'(Ashley& Rachel) house to mug& play yesterday. Reached there at 10+ in the morning and came home at around 9pm.

Did a little maths, and mugged science. Attempted to write my English compo, Lost, but I have absolutely no inspiration. I'm not creative when it comes to writing. I have no flair in that aspect.

Yesterday's lunch was at Swensens, with Ashley, Isabelle and Galen. Rachel didn't come, since she couldn't wake up early enough. She was sleeping like a pig. I had soup for lunch with ice cream for dessert. We all shared a serving of Topless 5(Galen, stop laughing) and Sticky Chewy Chocolate sundae. The bill came and the freaking GST was 8 dollars worth. We were all like, wth?!

We went to popular after that, which Ashley and Isabelle got their pens. I had to control myself really hard because my pencil case's bursting(I have at least 15 blue/black/brown pens in it already) and I have no more moolahs left. Stupid lunch.

After lunch, we played Cluedo and Monopoly at the twins' house. We were not concentrating because we were all fascinated about Isabelle's homework. I mean, P6 work's so cool. Haha.

At 3.30pm, I got Ashley to turn on the tv so that I could watch the Price of Peace(some show about the Japanese Occupation). Then we were all screaming about how cruel the Japanese were. Isabelle has no feelings. She was somewhat wow-ing okay. She was so interested. :/

Rise and Shine.

It's so cool. I'm listening to my ipod while watching the sunrise. :D Once again, I didn't go to bed because I couldn't as I took a 3hr nap from 10pm to 1am. That's what happens when your attempt to sleep early failed.

Haha, it's getting brighter as each minute goes by. This reminds me of Sing to the Dawn. I know it makes no sense but, whatever.

I think it feels great to watch the sunrise. Maybe I'm thinking too much but the sunrise is like stages of life. You grow up and you see your bright future and all that jazz. And it all happens gradually. It just feels good. Some may think I've lost my sanity already. Plus, I think I sounded really old. As if I'm dying.

Anyway, the picture on the left had to go through color adjustments because the whole thing was blue. That's all because I've got blue windows. How dumb right. I wish they were greeeeen.

I survived death!

My mood is now... :D

That's because I survived from the big fat knife in the kitchen. It dropped onto my little toe from a height of approximately 1.65m. That's about my height! (yeah, I know I'm short) I didn't die, it didn't cut my toe off and it did not stab my foot! Haha, I feel really lucky right now. I didn't even scream. :D

But it was indeed scary, during those few moments when the knife was falling down to the ground. I felt as if I was on the brink of death. I was jumping around the kitchen and didn't know how to shoo far far away. Stupid me. But I'm happy!

Looks delicious right! The fact is that the taste of it is gross(according to my mom. I didn't give it a try) and my mom didn't even eat 1/8 of it. Hahaha.

And if you still didn't realise, it is a mini burger. If you really didn't realise it, you're really stupid because I deliberately put the salt/pepper dispenser(hahah!) beside it to show you the real size.

English, Literature, Chinese, Mathetc. I've spent the rest of this week slacking already because I haven't been feeling well. And now, I have to get back in action. I wish I could get back in action and fight ninja turtles(I don't know why ninja turtles but whatever) instead of HOMEWORK.

You remember the recent hyperventilating-non-stop thing which happened on me? Now, it's happening again. Well, not so much about the breathing difficulties now but it's more of coughing, sniffing and my brain& eyeballs are on fire. So basically, that's the state I'm currently in; discomfort.

Grr, Strepsils and rest don't seem to be much of an aid.

I'm just praying really hard that I'd feel better tomorrow so that I can make it for council bonding. It's going to be really tiring and well, dirty. I just need to ready, physically.

Happy Gay Day

Galen's birthday yearly, shall be renamed as Gay Day, commencing this year. :D

Today was fun going out with Galen, Isabelle, Ashley, Rachel and YongXun. Too bad it isn't Galen's actual birthday. I woke up at 10.20am, and got out at 10.35am. Managed to train to dover before 11am to meet dear Isabelle. Ashley was so fickle minded, who arranged to meet us at dover at 11.15am and decided not to in the morning but thought she should meet us at dover in the end? Ahh, messy.

Anyway, took a cab from Dover to Cineleisure. (yes, that place, again) The three of us, insanely sprinted up to the 5th level(?) to get tickets for Blades of Glory. It's a good show. Like, humorous and all. It was at no point boring, I like!

I felt really hungry after that. As per normal, I'd cry for food like a little kid. Went to Pastamania for the beef bolognese and a bottle of sparkling water. :D Galen and YongXun came after that. Made a lot of noise while eating. Oops!

We went to the arcade for air hockey and car racing and Galen was super smart, he lost his bag of presents! Isabelle was on the verge of tears, since she spent so much effort on them. Luckily, we found it eventually. Well, not really, we got it from the token counter. :/

Headed to the coke bar after the boring arcade. Bought two bottles of snapple and we shared it amongst six people. Now, that's how you save money! However, we soon realised that
GALEN LOST HIS IPOD!

Then we all started scouring for it all around, even under the carpet. And we ransacked each others bags. Isabelle and Rachel ran down along with Galen to the arcade to see if his Ipod was there. Too bad, no avail. Isabelle felt really guilty and yeah, I felt sad for him lah. I don't know why too. :( Galen, don't keep brooding over it okay. Galen was really nice, he tried to be happier to like, not dampen our spirits. But, how could one not be sad when he lost his ipod! :( Oh well.

Went to vivocity after the movie, which ended at around 4pm. Shopped in Candy Empire for a moment and we went to Haagen Daz! Yes, for the chocolate fondue!

Oooh, yummy.


After the sinful chocolate, we went to play with water. :D Quite dumb, but ironically fun.

Cabbed home. Taxi drivers these days drive really slowly and it really gets on my nerve. Ohno.

p/s YES, I WORE THE SAME TOP AS YESTERDAY, GRR.

Crazy kids.

Went out with Daphne today, and she was late! Daphne, was really great who left me waiting at Jurong for like 20 minutes! Okay, that isn't very long. We had duck porridge for lunch(yummy) which was really economical because it was only $2.50 for it, with egg! :D

We wanted to go to Tanjong Pagar for Chewy Junior but we were too lazy to go to that no-air-con place and wanted to hit town. So, we rushed to Cineleisure and managed to catch Shrek 3 at 1.05pm. Shrek the third is GOOOOOOOOD! I haven't watch the prequels so I'm going to rent them or something. :D


We wandered around orchard road, basically.

'The better toy store' at Ngee Ann City, was like the best place for teenagers like us with a deprived childhood, right Daphne? We spent like the most time there because we seem to have not seen anything similar in our lives before. Well, somewhat. We kept exclaiming how amusing everything were.

After that, I felt really hungry and kept complaining that I wanted to eat like a crying baby. One moment I wanted to eat carrot cake and the next moment, I wanted something salty. Daphne had to bear with my annoyance. So sorry, Daphne! I ended up with some triple cheese dog from Dairy Queen which was not bad. :D

Went home soon after taking those photos at the neoprint machines at Heeren. Walked back to Ngee Ann City so that I could bring Daphne to her bus stop and so Daddy fetched me from there! Luckily I brought my mp3 if not I would have been bored to death while waiting for Daddy to come.




p/s Going back to 'The better toy store' another day to get that Garfield, because I think the 'Perfection is hard to improve' thing printed is really cool. yay, I'm a happy girl. Well, that's only if that Garfield isn't too, expensive.
